Sierra Interactive Review (2026): Features, Pricing & Verdict
Sierra Interactive combines IDX websites, a real estate CRM, a dialer, texting and optional AI lead follow-up in one platform for teams in the US and Canada. It is a strong all-in-one choice with public pricing and deep integrations, but every plan is a 12-month agreement with no refunds, and independent user reviews are scarce.

See how it compares: Best AI CRM for Real Estate Teams (2026) · Lofty vs Sierra Interactive
What is Sierra Interactive?
Sierra Interactive is a real estate platform that combines IDX websites, a CRM with lead routing and automated follow-up, a dialer, texting and marketing automation. It also manages Google and Facebook ad campaigns that send traffic to your own website rather than to a portal.
Its AI features include Lead Engage, an AI assistant that holds two-way text conversations to qualify leads and keeps nurturing them for up to 12 months, and IntelliSearch, a natural-language property search. The company, based in Louisville, Kentucky, serves agents, teams and brokerages across the US and Canada.
Best for
- Teams that want their own lead-generating IDX website and CRM in one system
- Teams running Google or Facebook ads to their own site rather than to portals
- Team leaders who want AI to text and qualify new leads before agents call
Not for
- Agents who want to test month to month: every plan is a 12-month agreement that renews automatically
- Solo agents on a budget: plans start at $299.95/month billed annually
- Anyone who needs extensive independent reviews before buying — very few exist

Pros & cons
Pros
- Website, CRM, dialer and texting in one real estate platform
- Public pricing, which many competitors don't offer
- AI lead qualification by text available
- Ads managed to your own domain, not a portal
- Serves both the US and Canada, with Canadian dialer compliance
Cons
- 12-month agreement on every plan, automatic renewal and no refunds
- $500 setup fee if you pay monthly, and many paid add-ons
- Very few independent reviews; the ones that exist mention support gaps
- No free trial
- Its affiliate and plan pages contain contradictory figures
Verdict
Sierra Interactive is one of the most complete platforms for a team that wants its own lead-generating website, a CRM and AI follow-up under one roof, with public pricing and strong integrations. For teams already buying ads, sending that traffic to their own domain is a real advantage.
It scores 75/100 because the 12-month commitment, add-on costs and thin independent feedback make it a bigger bet than it first appears. Ask for a demo, get the full agreement in writing, and compare it with Lofty before you sign.
