Curb Hero Review (2026): Features, Pricing & Verdict

Curb Hero is an open house sign-in and lead capture app built for real estate agents: visitors sign in by QR code, leads sync to your CRM and get an automatic follow-up text. It is free for solo agents, affordable for teams and has excellent user ratings — the main catch is that free accounts are paired with a mortgage lender by default.

How we score →

What is Curb Hero?

Curb Hero is a digital open house sign-in app for iOS, Android and the web. Visitors scan a reusable QR code or sign in on a tablet, and each lead is verified, added to your CRM and sent an automated follow-up text. It also offers single-property listing microsites, brokerage-branded templates, digital disclosures and an offline mode for open houses with poor reception.

It is built specifically for real estate agents and teams. Team plans let a leader set up agents, branding and listings centrally, and share or reassign listings so agents can host open houses for each other.

Best for

  • Agents who host open houses and want to stop losing leads on paper sign-in sheets
  • Teams that share listings and want every open house lead in one CRM automatically
  • Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Cloze or kvCORE users who want leads synced without extra work

Not for

  • Agents who never host open houses — this is a single-purpose tool
  • Agents who do not want a lender attached to their listings: free accounts are paired with a default lender unless you switch it off
  • Lofty or BoomTown users who want a native integration — those connect through Zapier only

Where the score comes from

Key features

  • QR code and tablet sign-in that replaces paper sheets
  • Lead verification and automated follow-up text messages
  • Listing microsites and brokerage-branded templates
  • Digital disclosures and waivers
  • Offline mode for open houses without reception
  • Integrations with Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Cloze and kvCORE, plus Zapier and webhooks

Pricing

Curb Hero is free for solo agents, with unlimited leads, listings and CRM integrations. Team plans cost $50 per month for up to 10 agents, $100 per month for up to 25 and $150 per month for up to 50, with two months free on annual billing ($500, $1,000 and $1,500 per year). Larger teams and brokerages are priced on request, and team plans come with a 30-day free trial.

The free plan is funded by lenders: free accounts are paired with a default mortgage lender, and visitors who say they have mortgage questions are shared with that lender. You can switch this off at no cost, but you then lose the mortgage question and some enhanced features. Pairing your own preferred lender requires that lender to pay for a subscription.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Built for open houses, by and for real estate agents
  • Free for solo agents, and cheap per agent for teams
  • Outstanding user ratings on Capterra, G2 and the app stores
  • Direct sync with Follow Up Boss, Sierra Interactive, Cloze and kvCORE
  • Fast support, according to G2 and Capterra reviewers

Cons

  • Free accounts are paired with a lender by default; G2 reviewers dislike being matched with a lender they don't know
  • No native Lofty or BoomTown integration — Zapier only
  • Limited design options for microsites, according to Capterra reviewers
  • Pricing is spread across several pages rather than one clear pricing page
  • The mobile apps had not been updated for several months when we checked (September 2026)

Verdict

Curb Hero does one job and does it very well: every open house visitor becomes a verified lead in your CRM, with a follow-up text sent automatically. For a solo agent it costs nothing, and for a team of ten it costs $50 a month — the best value in this category.

It scores 86/100, our highest score so far. The deductions come from the default lender pairing, which you should review or switch off in your settings, and from integrations that stop short of Lofty and BoomTown. If you host open houses, it should be on your phone.
