Who is responsible for your data

RealEstateAITools.com is operated by Reales Ai (Thibault Carata EI), a sole trader registered in France. Our full company details are on our Legal Notice page. For any privacy question, contact us at realestai@outlook.com.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how our site is used. It is cookieless and privacy-friendly: it does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not store data that could personally identify you. It records anonymous, aggregated information such as pages viewed, the referring site, approximate location (country/region level), and device and browser type.

Technical data. Our host processes standard technical data (such as your IP address) momentarily to deliver and secure the site. This is not used to identify you.

Contact form data

When you submit a message through our contact form, we collect the following data:

• Your name
• Your email address
• The reason for your inquiry
• The content of your message

This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.

Sub-processor. The contact form is processed through Formspree (Formspree, Inc., based in the United States), which acts as our sub-processor for receiving and forwarding form submissions to our email inbox. Formspree's privacy practices are described at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy. A Data Processing Addendum is available from Formspree on request.

Retention. We retain contact form data for 12 months from the date of submission, after which it is deleted unless an ongoing matter requires longer retention.

Your rights. You have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you. To exercise these rights, email us at realestai@outlook.com.

The AI stack finder

When you use our AI stack finder, here is what happens to what you enter.

Your description. The text you write about your business is sent to Anthropic, an AI provider in the United States, which reads it and returns a structured summary: your country, your team size, the problems you mentioned and how price-sensitive you are. We do not store your description. It is never written to a database or to our logs, and we cannot read it once your search is over. We process it because you asked us to — you type it, you press the button, we answer.

Bot protection. Before anything else happens, the form is checked by Cloudflare Turnstile to confirm you are not an automated script. Cloudflare receives technical signals from your browser for that check.

Usage limits. So the tool cannot be abused and our costs stay under control, we count how many searches come from each visitor. We never store your IP address. We store a one-way cryptographic fingerprint of it, which cannot be turned back into an address, and it is deleted after 24 hours. These counters are held by Upstash, a database provider in the United States.

Anonymous statistics. We keep monthly counts of what people search for: which problems come up, which tools we end up recommending, which team sizes and countries are represented. These counts hold no personal data and cannot be linked to any individual or any single search. We use them to decide which tools to review next, and we keep them with no time limit.

Cookies

We do not set tracking cookies on this site — our analytics is cookieless. Note that when you click an affiliate link and leave our site, the destination provider may set its own cookies under its own privacy policy, which we do not control.

Legal basis for processing

We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding and improving our site for anonymous analytics.

Who we share data with

We use a small number of providers to run this site. Each one receives only what it needs to do its job:

• Vercel — hosting and basic analytics. Handles your IP address momentarily to serve the site.
• Formspree — contact form delivery. Receives whatever you type into the contact form.
• Anthropic — the AI stack finder. Receives the description you write about your business. Nothing is stored.
• Cloudflare — bot protection on the AI stack finder. Receives technical signals from your browser.
• Upstash — usage counters for the AI stack finder. Receives a one-way fingerprint of your IP address, never the address itself.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

International transfers

All of these providers are based in the United States. Transfers to them are covered by the safeguards set out in each provider's data processing terms.

How long we keep it

Analytics data is aggregated and anonymous, and visitor identifiers are short-lived and discarded automatically.

Your rights

If you are in the EEA or UK, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and the right to data portability.
