Manychat is a messaging automation platform for Instagram, Facebook Messenger, WhatsApp, TikTok and SMS. Its best-known feature for agents is comment-to-DM: when someone comments a chosen keyword on a post or Reel, Manychat replies publicly, sends a direct message with the information, and collects the person's email or phone number.
It is a general tool used by creators and brands, but Manychat's own blog features real estate agents using keywords such as GUIDE to send relocation guides, and its app store has a real estate category. From the Pro plan, AI features can answer common questions and qualify leads automatically.

Accounts created before March 2026 may still be on the older plans.
Extra contacts beyond your plan are added to the next bill automatically, with no spending cap — a listing post that goes viral can push you over. Refunds are limited to technical failures or cancellations within 30 days, at Manychat's discretion.
