What is Synthesia?
Synthesia is an AI video platform: you type a script, choose an AI avatar and a voice, and it generates a video of the avatar presenting your text. It supports 160+ languages and voices, AI dubbing, and, on higher plans, personal avatars created from your own likeness.
It is built mainly for corporate training, sales enablement and marketing teams, not for real estate. Synthesia's own blog suggests agent introduction videos, neighborhood tours and educational videos, but it offers no real estate templates, and it cannot turn listing photos into a property tour — any property footage has to come from you.
