Virtual Staging AI is a web app that adds furniture to listing photos in about 15 seconds. It works on empty rooms and can remove existing furniture before restaging, with 50+ design styles and unlimited regenerations. A separate Day to Dusk product turns daytime exteriors into twilight shots.
It started at the Harvard Innovation Lab, and its current terms of service name Zillow, Inc. as the provider. The company says its output is MLS compliant, but agents remain responsible for disclosing that photos are virtually staged under their MLS rules.
