BombBomb Review (2026): Features, Pricing & Verdict

BombBomb lets agents record short personal videos and send them by email, text link or LinkedIn, with a native Follow Up Boss integration and viewing analytics. It is widely used in real estate and well rated, but it is priced per user, its AI tools require the more expensive plan, and its cancellation terms are unusually strict.

What is BombBomb?

BombBomb is a video messaging platform. You record yourself, your screen or both, and send the video inside an email, as a link by text, or on LinkedIn, then see who watched it. It works through Chrome and Edge extensions, a Gmail extension, an Outlook add-in and iOS and Android apps.

It is not built only for real estate, but it has long been popular with agents, has a real estate page, and integrates with real estate CRMs: Follow Up Boss natively, and BoomTown and Lofty through listed integrations. The AI tools — noise removal, AI titles, summaries and speaker notes — come with the Core + Copilot plan.

Best for

  • Agents who want to stand out in follow-up with personal video instead of plain emails
  • Follow Up Boss users who want video directly inside their CRM emails and templates
  • Teams that want to see who watched which video and when

Not for

  • Anyone who dislikes long commitments: cancellation requires written notice 30 days before a monthly renewal and 60 days before an annual one
  • Agents who need built-in texting — the mobile app hands videos off to your phone's own messaging app
  • Canadian agents looking for local terms: billing is in USD and the terms are written for the US

Where the score comes from

Key features

  • Webcam and screen recording with trimming and stitching
  • Video in emails, text links and LinkedIn messages
  • View tracking and team analytics
  • Gmail and Outlook extensions and mobile apps
  • AI audio enhancement, titles, summaries and speaker notes (Core + Copilot)
  • Integrations with Follow Up Boss, BoomTown, Lofty and HubSpot

Pricing

BombBomb is priced per user: Core costs $36 per month billed annually or $42 month to month, and Core + Copilot, which adds the AI tools, workflows and CRM integration features, costs $56 per month billed annually or $70 month to month. Enterprise pricing is custom.

The 14-day trial requires a credit card and becomes a paid plan unless you cancel. Under the end-user agreement, fees are non-refundable, subscriptions renew automatically, and you must give written notice 30 days before a monthly renewal or 60 days before an annual renewal to stop it.

Pros & cons

Pros

  • Personal video helps follow-up stand out from plain email
  • Native Follow Up Boss integration, plus BoomTown and Lofty
  • Well rated on G2 and Capterra
  • Works where agents already are: Gmail, Outlook and phone
  • Viewing analytics show which leads are engaged

Cons

  • Strict renewal terms: written notice 30 or 60 days in advance, and no refunds
  • Priced per user, with AI tools only on the $56–$70 plan
  • No built-in texting
  • Most G2 reviews predate the current BombBomb Engage platform
  • Capterra reviewers call it overpriced and say video is really all it does

Verdict

BombBomb remains a solid choice for agents who want personal video in their follow-up, especially Follow Up Boss users, who get video directly inside CRM emails. The core product is simple and well reviewed.

It scores 67/100 because per-user pricing adds up for teams, the AI features cost extra, and its renewal terms are among the strictest we have seen. If you try it, put a calendar reminder well before the renewal date and send cancellation notice in writing.
